We had been under the impression that all Mormons march in goose step to every written word, as some who take the bible to be literal. There are some Jesuits who believe that the Exodus out of Egypt never happened. Shocking, right? Well, even if not historical, the message is still there. Whether the Exodus happened or not, doesn't change the message. It could shake someone up enough to then doubt the rest of the bible, and disregard everything as a lie. The concept of a Mormon theologian seemed implausible, that there could be no debate about anything in Mormonism, just ask your Bishop, get an answer, or pray about it, get an answer, and move on. Now I can see how diverse Mormons can be. Just as with other religions, there are Mormons who are more devout, Jack Mormons, and everyone in between, except for those polygamists. I'm sure I'd even find some Mormons who sneak a Dr Pepper now and again.Bjorn Watlandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05144413933796145344noreply@blogger.com
